AZB & Partners advised Tata Steel on Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, by Tata Steel Limited to certain identified investors, by way of the newly introduced electronic book mechanism. Total consideration of the deal was for USD 150 million (INR 10 billion).
