Firm advised in acquisition by Creation Investments India, LLC (“Creation”) of 9% of equity shares and preference shares of MML. And acquisition by Muthoot Fincorp Limited, Thomas Muthoot, Thomas John Muthoot and Thomas George Muthoot of 1.59% of equity shares of MML. TotalcConsideration for the deal is worth USD 24 million (INR 1.6 billion).
