AZB & Partners advised Michael & Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF) on its further investment in Avanti Learning Centres Private Limited (Avanti) alongwith with certain other investors aggregating to approximately INR 33 crores. The firm’s role in the transaction entailed drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and the other ancillary documents in relation to the signing and closing of the transaction. Avanti is a company engaged in the business of providing curriculum (both content and assessment pedagogy) in classrooms or through teacher training, within school environment or outside, in order to broaden access to high-quality math and science education.
