AZB & Partners advised an affiliate of GIC Private Limited, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund on a framework agreement with Brigade Enterprises Limited, a listed real estate company. In terms of the agreement, the parties will collaborate to invest in construction-development projects in South India.
