Ltd. (“Solar Edge”); Universal Mine Developers and Service Providers Pvt. Ltd. (“UMD”); Shapoorji Pallonji Solar PV Pvt. Ltd. (“Solar PV”); Shapoorji Pallonji Suryaprakash Pvt. Ltd. (“SPS”); TN Solar Power and Energy Pvt. Ltd. (“TN Solar”). Aggregate Consideration for acquisition of all 5 SPVs by KKR from Shapoorji Pallonji group is INR 15.5 Billion/ approx. USD 205.7 Million.
