The Delhi High Court on May 10, 2018 restored the injunction against the publication, sale/circulation of book on yoga guru Swami Ramdev titled “Godman to Tycoon: The Untold Story of Baba Ramdev”, authored by Priyanka Pathak Narain and published by M/s Juggernaut Books in an appeal preferred against the Order of the Additional Senior Civil Judge who had on April 28, 2018 vacated the injunction issued by the Civil Judge on August 4, 2017. The Single Judge Bench of Justice R.K. Gauba observed that prima facie, the contents of the book seem to carry insinuations which are likely to harm the reputation and if such a protection is not granted, it would have the potential of resulting in irreparable loss of reputation of Swami Ramdev.
