Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff Co. Advised Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Limited, Japan on its acquisition of Concast India Limited in respect of (a) undertaking due diligence on the Company (b) drafting and review of the transaction documents; (c) negotiations on the transaction documents; and (d) closing formalities.

The transaction involved acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of the Company from the existing shareholders Mr.Narinder Nayar and his family members.
