Mrinal Kumar, Partner, led the transaction along with Senior Associate Avnish Sharma and advised the client regarding the structure of the transaction and various regulatory issues; drafting, negotiating and finalizing the relevant transaction documents. The deal was valued at approximately Rs. 430 crores.
