Deutsche Equities India Private Limited acted as the stock broker to undertake the OFS. The OFS constituted of 551,333 equity shares of INR 10 each of the Honeywell Automation India Limited at a price priority basis with a floor price of INR 2,150 by Honeywell Asia Pacific Inc.
