J. Sagar Associates advised Actavis Group, for sale of 100% shareholding held by its Netherlands based group companies in Actavis Pharma Manufacturing Private Limited to Vivimed Labs Limited.

Actavis Pharma Manufacturing Private Limited is engaged in manufacturing of solid oral dosage (SOD) forms of pharmaceutical products.
