Nilesh Sharma is an advocate practicing in the area of restructuring & insolvency as a Senior Partner of Dhir & Dhir Associates for over 20 years. He has been providing strategic advisory and consultancy to a large number of industrial groups on debt restructuring within and outside CDR Mechanism, negotiated settlements, restructuring and reorganization under Insolvency proceedings/BIFR, restructuring and reorganization under Section 391¬394 of Companies Act, 1956, winding up proceedings etc. He has been doing regular representation work before the Insolvency Court / BIFR as a prominent lawyer on behalf of distressed companies, banks, public sector undertakings, other creditors etc. He is a member of AAIFR / BIFR Bar Association of India and INSOL India.
