Sagar Associates acted as the advisor to Evolvence India Fund III Ltd a Mauritius based fund (“Evolvence”) which was the lead investor in a USD 14 Million investment in Hella Infra Market Limited (“Company”). The other investors being Accel India V (Mauritius) Limited, Internet Fund V Pte Ltd, Nexus Ventures V Limited, Sistema Asia Fund Pte Ltd, SACAP India Private Limited. The investment is to be followed by an additional investment of approximately USD 6 Million no later than January 2021. The Company is engaged in whole-sale trade for infrastructure materials, through a centralized online market. The JSA team comprised Partner Bhavana Alexander and Associate Saibarath Seshadhri.
