AZB & Partners advises in acquisition of 100% stake in SARE Gurugram Private Limited by aConsortium of KGK Realty Private Limited and Dhoot Infrastructure Projects Limited under the IBCroute and has agreed to complete construction of a township that has 3,000 home owners awaiting delivery of their apartments.

Total Consideration of the deal was for USD 60 million / Approx. INR 4.5 Bn.
