AZB & Partners advised AT&T Corp. and its Indian subsidiary for transfer of colocation business in India pursuant to the global transaction.

Acquisition by the Dawn Acquisitions LLC, part of Brookfield Asset Management from the AT&T Corp. of the data center colocation operation and assets of the company, located in USA and other countries (including in India).

Deal involved Partners Anil Kasturi, Nandita Govind, Ravi Prakash and Aditya Singh Chandel and Senior Associate Siddharth Khanna.
