AZB & Partners advises Redington India in a buyback of up to 11,120,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of INR 2 each, representing approximately 2.78% of the equity share capital, from the existing shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares through the “tender offer” route at a price of INR 125 per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 1.39 Billion.

The transaction was led by Lionel D’Almeida along with Associates Khushboo Sukhwani and Devika Nayak.
