I have been a regular reader of Witness for a considerable period. It’s a must read. The monthly journal brings in a wide array of subjects of law relevant for professionals both in practice and in service as GC. The regular columns like Let’s Arbitrate and Expert Speak deals with finer elements of arbitration law, economic laws along with the views of judiciary. Articles on corporate governance, company law makes value add knowledge sharing. A big Thank You to the editorial team for the rich content and to the authors for their excellent articles, well researched. A small suggestion for editorial board to consider including a column for digest of latest key judgments of supreme court, high court, tribunals. Topics on FEMA, RBI, FDI and the capital market would evoke large interest from the readers. Introduction of a case study section covering various statutes could be considered. The publication of digital versions of the journal is another feather in the cap of Witness.
