S. Jalan & Company had advised, drafted on behalf of SBM Bank in the transactional facility for providing August 2021 | Lex WITNESS | 73 INR 300 Million for de veloping the project named “Ecospace Residentia” situated at Rajarhat, West Bengal to be developed by Bengal Ambuja Housing Development Limited and the process had to negotiate, draft and execute a series of documents such as Term Loan Agreement, Deed of H ypothecation, Security Trustee Agreement, Mortgage perfection documents and other miscellaneous documents. Due diligence of land was conducted and a report was submitted on the title of the land to the bank. The assignment was headed by Sourav Ghosh, Manag ing Partner and was assisted by Titash Mukherjee, Associate Partner and Abhishek Banerjee, Associate.
