The Firm advised consortium of financial institutions led by Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited for drafting the amended and restat ed transaction documents for granting additional financial assistance of Rs. 17.752 Crore (Rupees Seventeen Crore Seventy – Five Lakh and Twenty Thousand) in addition to the existing facility of Rs. 153.19 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Fifty – Three Crore and Nin eteen Lakh Only) granted to Jindal Urban Waste Management (Guntur) Limited. It is for the purpose of part financing the estimated cost of the project viz. 15.00 MW waste to energy project on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis at Nai dupeta Tehsil, Chilakaluripata Road, District Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

The scope of work inter – alia included drafting and finalising the amended and restated transaction documents, drafting of resolutions, certificates etc. and issuance of closing legal op inion.
