JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Derive Trading and Resorts Private Limited in the INR 100 Crore acquisition of a nearly completed 130-key upscale hotel property from Harinath Builders and Developers Private Limited.

Strategically located along the Udupi– Manipal Highway, the hotel spans a super built-up area of approximately 17,475 square feet. Once operational, it is poised to significantly enhance the hospitality landscape of the Udupi region, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
