Renowned chef Manish Mehrotra, one of India’s most celebrated culinary innovators and a pioneer of modern Indian fine dining, has launched Manish Mehrotra Culinary Arts (MMCA) – a contemporary culinary platform aimed at creating immersive gastronomic experiences while fostering research, mentorship, and innovation within the hospitality industry. MMCA has been co-founded by Amit Khanna, founder of Amaya Ventures, and Binny Bansal, co-founder of Flipkart.
