Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust (“Trust”) has availed financial assistance of INR 5,00.00 Crore from India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited(“IIFCL”) for the purpose of acquisition of 100% stake in Renew Sun Waves Private Limited. The firm acted and support including but not limited to drafting, reviewing, negotiation with Trust’s counsel and finalization of the financing documents.
