Vishnu Dutt U is a founding member of Bharucha & Partners since 2008. Having worked closely with Alka Bharucha during the early years of his practice, he now leads the Equity Capital Markets practice, advising on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, IPOs, and QIPs. With a career spanning decades, he has been at the forefront of some of India’s largest and most innovative capital markets transactions, setting benchmarks in the industry.

Kaushik Moitra, who has been part of the Firm’s New Delhi office since 2017, leads the Regulatory, IP, and TMT practices. Working closely with Justin M. Bharucha, he has been instrumental in expanding the Firm’s presence in policy advisory, regulatory compliance, and media and technology transactions, including licensing, distribution, and revenue-sharing agreements.

Sneha Jaisingh, who began her career at the Firm as an intern, now leads the Disputes Practice. Mentored under MP Bharucha, she has developed a formidable reputation in high-value commercial litigation and arbitration, successfully representing clients before SEBI, SAT, and various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

Swathi Girimaji, who also started her journey at the Firm with Alka Bharucha, now leads the Bengaluru office and the VC and Growth Stage Investments practice. She has played a pivotal role in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments, working alongside Vandana Pai to enhance the Firm’s investment funds practice while simultaneously establishing a strong presence for the Firm in Bengaluru.
