Wave Group and Masa Group have established a joint venture, Agristo Masa Private Limited, with a collective investment of USD 86 million (INR 7.6 billion). As part of this collaboration, both parties are contributing key operational assets, including intellectual property, software, proprietary know-how, infrastructure, and human resources. The venture aims to enhance the production capacity of potato-based food products in India, supporting the expansion of Agristo NV’s footprint in the region.

AZB & Partners advised Wave Group and Agristo Masa Private Limited on the transaction, with the deal being led by Partners Hardeep Sachdeva and Priyamvada Shenoy, along with Senior Associate Sahil Tandon.
