The firm has advised India Infradebt Limited for financial assistance aggregating to INR 1876.50 million granted to 4 SPV’s of Amp Energy C&I Private Limited for the purposes of repayment of the existing loans in relation to the commissioned projects situated at various districts in Maharashtra and the additional facility granted towards repayment, redemption or payment of interest/coupon of any sub-debt/debentures, and investment in new/ongoing projects.

The scope of work inter-alia included conducting limited due diligence on the borrower company and project documents, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower team, implementation of the co-obligor structure, drafting of resolutions, certificates and issuance of closing legal opinion.
