AZB & Partners acted for Leap Green Energy Private Limited (a renewables platform based in Tamil Nadu that focuses on providing clean energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers) (“LGE”) and the Promoters of LGE, on the acquisition of 100% of its share capital by Brookfield (through its affiliated entities) from its existing shareholders including the Promoters of LGE.
