The Firm advised Power Finance Corporation Limited regarding financial assistance of INR 46,700 Million granted to FPEL Daylight Private Limited for the purpose of implementation of wind renewable energy project of 49.50 MW at Ottapidaram, District Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. The scope of work inter-alia included conducting due diligence of the borrower company, project documents of the borrower company, drafting of the financing and security documents, resolutions, certificates, pre-commitment compliance report, pre-disbursement compliance report, reviewing title search report of the local counsel(s) and issuing opinion on the legal issues.
