The Firm advised Power Finance Corporation Limited for financial assistance of INR 4125 Million granted to FPEL Ujwal Private Limited for the purpose of implementation of wind solar hybrid renewable energy project of 68.60 MW/78.60 MWp (wind capacity: 48.60 MW; solar capacity: 20 MW/30 MWp) at Nippani Taluk, Belgaum District, Karnataka.

The scope of work inter-alia included conducting due diligence of the borrower company, project documents of the borrower company, drafting of the financing and security documents, resolutions, certificates, pre-commitment compliance report, pre-disbursement compliance report, reviewing title search report of the local counsel(s) and issuing opinion on the legal issues.
