The firm advised PTC India Financial Services Limited for financial assistance of INR. 115 Crore to Kanpur River Management Private Limited for financing the designing, construction, development, operation and maintenance of multiple sewage treatment plants (STPs) in Pankha, Unnao, Shuklaganj, Jajmau and Sajari, under hybrid annuity-based PPP Model by National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) and UP Jal Nigam (UPJN) under Clean Ganga Mission of the Government of India. The team included Guranpreet Singh Sarna (Partner), Shikha Singh (Principal Associate), Avlokita Kanwar (Associate) and Aparajita Mitra (Associate).
