The Firm advised PTC India Financial Services Limited for financial assistance of Rs. 400 Crores (Rupees Four Hundred Crores Only) granted to Telangana Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, for the purposes of providing loans and advances to urban local bodies including municipalities, notified area committees, urban development authorities or such other local bodies in the state for their development schemes.
