Readers’ Feedback – June 2011

Readers’ Feedback – June 2011

It is a good magazine. I and my wife are lawyers and this magazine helps us to brush up our knowledge. Law has a wide spectrum and people specializes in one field of it & forget the other areas, So, magazine like this keeps us updated to the other areas also.

WITNESS has something for every legal professional and law student alike! Quality and content of articles that get published are indeed of academic quality. For many others like me who are law students, Witness is the perfect capsule that provides literature on law, it always has something to do with all dispute redressal issues, be it in litigation or arbitration. One thing that I'm always eager to read about in Witness are the recent judicial developments. For a student thats the best way to keep oneself updated with the happenings in courts, which at times due to college schedules, and exams might be difficult to catch up with!

I find Witness really useful. Legal developments are mentioned in a way that it becomes useful for the fraternity. It is the 2nd year of my subscription.

Sanjeev Duggal

For general information Witness is perfectly all right. Articles are very informative and provide awareness. It is a beginning of Legal publication Industry and I am certain that it will grow further.

The information provided in the magazine is really useful for the young Lawyers.

Naresh Yadav
Advocate, Dwarka Court, New Delhi

Though I subscribed to the magazine many months back, only today I could through the May 11 issue leisurely.

I wish the magazine a super success which it deserves on account of its features, style, presentation and timely despatch of the issues. The cartoons, quotes and humour page is the first page that I read and refreshen myself from my daily boring routine. Capsules are very educative but lack citation.

I suggest that to make magazine more attractive gist of one decided case with detective background or advocate skill in extracting evidence from witnesses is included.
