Piramal Healthcare Limited and PHL Finance Private Limited (collectively referred to as “PHL”), subscribed to secure redeemable non-convertible debentures issued by Keystone Realtors Private Limited (“KRPL”) &Rustomjee Constructions Private Limited on a private placement basis (“Transaction”).

KRPL is the flagship company of Rustomjee Group, a leading real estate developer in Mumbai. The said Group is engaged in the business of developing, planning, construction & marketing of residential and commercial premises. It also provides after-sales & maintenance services.
