EnerSys has acquired majority ownership in Energy Leader Batteries India Limited, an Indian producer of industrial batteries for an undisclosed price. EnerSys manufactures and distributes reserve power and motive power batteries, chargers, power equipment and battery accessories through its sales and manufacturing facilities strategically located all over the world.
