Economic Laws Practice has boosted its Competition Law practice with the hire of Ravisekhar Nair as Associate Partner. Prior to ELP, Ravisekhar was working with Luthra&Luthra as a Managing Associate.

Ravi is actively involved in competition investigations/inquiries before the Competition Commission of India (CCI), and appeals before the Competition Appellate Tribunal (CompAT) and other courts.

During his 7 years stint with Luthra & Luthra, Ravi has represented clients before CCI, CompAT and other courts on several competition litigation matters. He carries a vast experience in transactional competition advisory services for numerous clients across sectors.
