Khaitan & Co. acted as the legal advisors to Oman India Joint Investment Fund, a joint venture between State General Reserve Fund of Oman and State Bank of India; on its investment of USD 9.8 million approximately in Indus Teqsite for acquisition of 19.64% stake in Indus Teqsite. Indus Teqsite is engaged in the manufacture of software integrated hardware in the field of high end automatic testing of Defense Equipments. The team was led by Sharad Abhyankar.
