AZB & Partners advises J K Cement Limited in financing of a cement plant project at Fujairah Free Zone to undertake the manufacturing and sale of cement in United Arab Emirates. They Drafted project documents and represented the parent, JK Cement Limited, with respect to its guarantee obligations for securing loan of USD 98 million availed by the offshore step down subsidiary company. The total transaction was of approx. INR 5.5 billion (approx. USD 98 million). The transaction was led by Yashwant Mathur.
