GTI Capital has invested in Webklipper Technologies Private Limited. Webklipper is engaged in the business of building software relating to conducting targeted surveys, targeted chats, notifications and obtaining feedback from visitors to websites. The investment is to be utilized as working capital and in the general expansion of Webklipper’s business. Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal and tax counsel to GTI Capital for this transaction.
