Sagar Associates advised Info Edge (India) Ltd. in an investment of Rs. 350 million in Canvera Digital Technologies Private Limited, an online provider to photographers of software, IT enabled services and products such as printed photo books, calendars and prints. Canvera has existing investments by DFJ and Footprint, two prominent early stage Venture Capital funds. Listed on the BSE, Info Edge runs two popular web portals – Naukri.com, the recruitment site and 99Acres.com, the Real Estate site.
