Advaya Legal has strengthened the firm’s existing corporate and infrastructure practice by appointing Smriti Subramanian as Partner. She is expected to play a key role in the firm’s fast expanding presence in Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources sectors. Prior to joining Advaya, Smriti worked as Counsel with the BG Group. She has also worked as an in-house counsel for ITC Limited. She has experience in wide ranging commercial transactions across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on acquisitions, cross border trading and investments, concession agreements and EPC contracts.
