Khaitan & Co. advised India Infoline Finance Limited for Initial Public Offering of its Un-secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The approximate consideration of this deal was ` 2,500 million with an option to retain over subscription upto ` 2,500 million (total amounting to ` 5,000 million or approximately USD 92.25 million).
