J. Sagar Associates advised L. Capital Asia, a Private Equity firm of LVMH group, who has invested an amount of Rs. 900 million to subscribe to (a) additional capital in Genesis Luxury Fashion Pvt. Ltd (GLF) increasing their stake to 39.8 % from 25.5% and (b) the rights issue of their Joint Venture with GLF, GLF Lifestyle Brands Private Limited.
