Ltd., a state of the art technology manufacturing unit, processing all types of hydrocolloids and its derivatives, in relation to a long term supply agreement for supply of processed ‘GUAR’ products and derivatives, used for oil fracking, with Schlumberger Technology Corporation (Houston, Texas). The estimated commercial value of the transaction is roughly US$ 1.6 billion, spread over a period of six (6) years. Majmudar& Partners assisted Shree Ram Colloids Pvt.
