The Amarchand Mangaldas team led by Mumbai based Partner Yash Ashar acted as domestic legal counsel to the broker, namely DSP Merrill Lynch Limited, who acted as a sole broker to the OFS. The OFS constituted of sale of 2,30,00,000 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 1 each of the Company by Adani Agro Private Limited, Adani Commodities, Vinod S. Adani, Rajesh S. Adani, Pranav V. Adani, Priti G. Adani, and Shilin R. Adani on the price priority method at multiple clearing prices basis. The Sellers form a part of the promoter group of the Company. The deal value is approximately USD 120 million. Jones Day acted as the international legal counsel to DSP Merrill Lynch Limited.
