As announced earlier by Jyoti Sagar, Founder Partner of J. Sagar Associates will be retiring as an Equity Partner of the Firm with effect from April 1, 2013. He will however remain associated with the Firm as its Chairman in a mentoring role. Berjis Desai will now chair both the Executive Committee and the Council of the Practice Chairs of the Firm.
