J. Sagar Associates and DLA Piper UK LLP (DLA Piper) have recently advised Bureau Veritas Group which has agreed to acquire the ownership of the Sievert Group from their shareholders.

Sievert Group is engaged in the testing, inspection and certification using non-destructive technique businesses in India and the Middle East.

The JSA team comprised M&A Partner Sandeep Mehta and Associates Aarti Iyer and Adil Ladha.

The DLA Piper team comprised Middle East Regional Managing Partner Abdul Aziz Al-Yaqout, Legal Director Diwakar Agarwal and Associate Zara Merali. The shareholders of Sievert Group were represented by AZB & Partners team which comprised of Partner Srinath Dasari, Senior Associate Nanditha Gopal and Associate Veena Ganesh.
