The Amarchand Mangaldas Team led by Mumbai based Corporate Partner Tushar Mavani acted for Air India Limited in its issue of listed, redeemable, unsecured, taxable, nonconvertible debentures supported by an unconditional guarantee from the Government of India for repayment of the principal and interest.

The deal size is INR 7,400 crores.

The arranger to the issue was SBI Capital Markets Limited whereas the debenture trustee was SBICAP Trustee Company Limited.
