Kochhar & Co. advised Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), a listed company and the real estate arm of the Mahindra Group, for the acquisition of approximately 15 Acres of land in Boisar for their proposed affordable housing residential project. The acquisition cost was approximately INR 300 Million. This is MLDL’s debut acquisition in Mumbai in the affordable housing segment. Kochhar & Co. team was headed by Principal Associate, Jayesh Karandikar.
