They also advised on the Indian law governed guarantee provided by Ushdev International Limited in favour of RB International Finance (Hong Kong) Limited acting as the Lender. Raiffeisen Bank International has been present in Hong Kong since 1980. The branch provides a broad range of services to customers in the Hong Kong/Greater China region and assists them in exploring and realizing business opportunities.
