Amarchand Mangaldas, announces the lateral appointment of Rahul Sarella as Resident Partner at its Hyderabad Office.

Rahul has about 17 years of experience, most of which has been at Mumbai. He spent 7 years with Wadia Ghandy & Co and 4.5 years with KSB Partners where he set up their Mumbai Practice. His last assignment was with Tatva Legal, in Hyderabad. He was a Partner at KSB Partners and Tatva Legal.

Rahul has deep experience in a range of Practice areas including M&A/PE/JV’s/Capital Markets/General Corporate and also in managing high stake litigation matters.

Rahul takes over from Anshuman Jaiswal, who has moved to the Firm’s General Corporate Practice at its Mumbai office.
