Majmudar & Partners acted as Indian counsel to India International Bank Malaysia Berhad (IIBM), a joint venture of Bank of Baroda, Indian Overseas Bank and Andhra Bank, and advised on a corporate guarantee provided by Thirumalai Chemicals Limited in relation to a RM32,000,000 facility to Optimistic Organic SDN BHD, its Malaysian subsidiary.
