Readers’ Feedback – November 2013

I have been an avid reader of ‘Witness’ over last 2 years and it has really helped me in my profession for issues like contract management and commercial laws. The articles are quite insightful and enlightening. What I really admire is the vast content on legal issues distributed over large industrial canvas, which Lex Witness covers with such finesse. I have also extensively used the case studies and precedents published in ‘Witness’ efficiently. I wish Team Witness all the best for their future endeavors!

I can define Witness - in one line, Witness is a holistic legal magazine. In my opinion, Witness is one of the very few magazines in India that has original and innovative articles written by experts and novice alike. The editorial board of Witness does an amazing job of procuring opinions from experts, decision makers and legal personnel whose comments annexed with the carefully pruned articles give an amazing impact and quick insight into the aspect and value add to the article. It’s a one stop information every month on the recent developments in the regulations, laws and policies focusing on the global front. The legal snapshot section and the expert speak are intensive and informative with expert comments from domain and sector specific luminaries that authenticate the relevance and importance of the legal provisos. An informative, educational, innovative and inspiring magazine, I wish Witness all success and hope it witness the pinnacle of success as the best legal publication and magazine of intentional repute.

As a Witness reader, I am happy to have this magazine with me every month. I get the magazine on time now and I’m glad that the timeline of delivering the magazine is improving. I like the content and it is improvising more. I like the way it is published, overall it is a very good magazine. I would like to suggest you to have more updates on litigation as it is the concerned area for most of the in-house counsel.

Lex Witness is an excellent magazine. I eagerly wait for the magazine to come every month. It covers almost every legal prospective. I am always delighted to read this magazine. Sometimes, I read it twice or thrice in a month also. Also, I like the contemporary issues with analysis and recommendations involved in it. I really liked the issue of Witness in which the FDI issue was covered. The quality of the magazine is very good. The ones associated with it are the experts and the eminent speakers, so their solutions matters to me a lot.

Witness is a regularly updated magazine keeping in mind the present Legal Scenario. Everything is perfectly in place in the magazine. I like the post show coverage of the legal summits which includes the concerned topics that were discussed in the summit. Being a legal magazine, it is very effective and useful for the fraternity, includes important legal personalities and their articles on the apprehensive topics but I suggest that it should increase the number of inputs with this section and their profile should also be added, helping the new interns in the legal sector. Though it covers all the current updates it still requires details and elaboration on legal reforms which have already taken place. In brief, the important landmark judgment can also be included. Witness is a fast growing magazine and if it will start up with the mobile application then it can make its readership scope wider and broader.
